White Chocolate Popcorn:
2 c. popped popcorn
1 c. white chocolate chips
1/2 c. dried cranberries
1. Melt white chocolate chips in microwave, stirring every 20 seconds. Continue stirring and melting until the chocolate is smooth.
2. Toss cranberries with popcorn.
3. Drizzle melted chocolate over popcorn.
4. Toss popcorn lightly, make sure the chocolate covers all the popcorn and cranberries.
5. Allow the chocolate to harden, this will take about an hour and half.
