I have always been inspired by Mexican colors and traditions. And you know how much I love crafting with paper, so this year it just made sense to make paper DIY Cinco de Mayo decorations!

Cinco de Mayo Decoration Instructions
Step 1: Layer your tissue paper and cut them in half. They will be more manageable cut in half.
Step 2: Layer your two colors (or three or four!).
Step 10: Fold the fan in half for easy storage.
Step 11: Cut the edge of the fan in a fun pattern.
Step 12: Tape to the string.
Voila!
