Everything she touches turns to gold! I was thrilled to get my hands on her new book, Celebrate Everything, which is the ultimate guide to throwing every type of party imaginable. It’s chock full of fun and beautiful events and provides a blue print on how to do it all. It’s the logistical things about party planning that mystify me the most and it’s all broken down here. Each page features a stellar idea after stellar idea. Darcy has shared one of the projects from her book, the Marshmallow Snowmen, just for Lars readers. MARSHMALLOW SNOWMEN

INGREDIENTS FOR ONE SNOWMAN

3 Marshmallows
1 Skewer
1 Rolo Candy
1 Chocolate Coin
Black Sprinkles or Food Safe Markers
1 Orange Sprinkle
3 Silver Sprinkles

1. Place 3 marshmallows on a wooden skewer or a lollipop stick

2 For the hat, use royal icing to attach a rolo candy to a chocolate coin. Use more icing to attach the hat to the top marshmallow

3. To make the face and body, use black sprinkles for the eyes and mouth, an orange sprinkle for the nose and silver round sprinkles for the buttons (or you can use food safe markers to draw on the face and buttons)

4. Serve the snowmen on their own, or stick the in a bed of “snow” like a white frosted layer cake or crispy rice cereal treats
