Printable party hats

One of my favorite elements from the Balloons, Books, and Babies baby shower for Victoria was the party hats. Alexa designed some cute graphic patterns that you can print off yourself. Just add some fringe and butterflies, and you’ve got yourself some adorable printable party hats!

See below to print off your party hats!

To make the party hats

Materials: template (print off here), scissors, butterflies, tissue paper, fringe scissors, glue, tape

Step 1: Print off the patterns here.

Step 2: Cut out the party hats.

Step 3: Add the butterflies to the top of the hat with glue. The butterflies I used had wire already attached so I stuck the wire into the top of the hat and secured it inside with tape.

Step 4: Add tissue paper fringe to the bottom.

To make the fringe:

Step 1: I took a piece of tissue paper and folded it over with one edge slightly longer than the other, about 1″ wide and the other about 1.25″ wide.

Step 2: Use the fringe scissors to cut the fringe.

Step 3: Rough the fringe up a bit so that they are more 3D.

Step 4: Glue the fringe to the edge of the hat.
