Lemon Creme popsicle

Lemon creme popsicle
And we’re back with more popsicles from my collaboration with popsicle master, Trisha Zemp, and her quest to make 1000 popsicles this summer. Today, it’s lemon creme and it’s delish! See the full recipe below!

Lemon Creme
1C Lemon Juice
Zest of 2 Lemons
1C Water
1/4C Sugar
1 pint heavy whipping cream
1/4 tsp vanilla
3/4C sweetened condensed milk
Add lemon juice, zest, water, and sugar together in a pot and reduce for about 10 min. In a separate bowl add vanilla and whipping cream. Beat until soft peaks form. Remove lemon mixture from heat and let cool. Keep whipped cream in fridge while lemon mixture is cooling. When lemon mixture is cool add it, and the sweetened condensed milk to the whip cream mixture. Mix all ingredients together. Fill molds, freeze at least 6 hours. Creamy popsicles take a bit longer to freeze. Enjoy!
