We’ve had Tootsie Pops on the brain ever since our Valentine cherries–turns out they’re extremely versatile. This time, it’s harvest season and we’re going apple picking! But no good harvest collection is complete without Valentine-inspired baskets and a printable worm making his way into the apple love feast. Nom nom!

While I was in Mexico City last October, I couldn’t turn a corner without seeing cozy felted embroidered pom pom hearts. These hearts are traditionally made by the Huichol, a group of people that are native to central Mexico. The Huichol believe the way to live is to open our hearts so that we may see with our hearts. The felted hearts I saw are symbolic of that mantra and I immediately thought they would be perfect for Valentine’s Day! But I also wanted to make them practical–something you could provide as a little treat. SO! Of course, we made them in paper—cheap, easy, and so makeable! You can cut them out with your Cricut and add treats inside for a thoughtful way to show someone you love them. For a fresh spin, we added in some colorful hearts and fruits on top.

Ok, I get it. A Valentine Advent Calendar isn’t a real thing…until now! I love a good countdown because oftentimes the anticipation of a holiday is most exciting than the actual event, no?! This Valentine advent is an ode to the season of love and how you can SHOW and GIVE love to all the people around you. I don’t mean to give the prompts away here (don’t look too closely!) but it’s simple stuff. You know, the kind of stuff that really can make a difference. This advent would be great pinned to a bulletin board or wall and used actively to ring in the season of love!
We have a very exciting announcement to share with you guys just in time for Valentine’s Day, only my second favorite holiday. We have added new items to our shop!
We’ve been listening to you over the years and the cries (well, subtle DMs–you’re all very well behaved) and we have a lot of readers who don’t want to MAKE our projects–they want to buy them! We get it! These days you really have to pick and choose where you invest your time and we don’t want such a delightful experience, such as Valentine’s Day (or insert any holiday), to be burden. Such a tragedy that would be as they are supposed to be celebratory. Over the years we have created some amazing Valentine’s Day projects, ones that you just can’t find in stores, and now you can access them all in one place. We are making it easy for you to spread the love this year with our new E-Book and Valentine Kits.

We take care of everything for you, all you have to do is print it out. You will find everything from Valentines with sweet treats to party-ready paper crowns perfect for a Galentine’s soiree. There might even be a never before seen project or two!
If you don’t want to go to the trouble of printing everything out yourself, we have something for you too! We now offer pre-printed Valentine Kits. We send you everything you need to make some of our very favorite Valentines. They just show up on your doorstep and you assemble, which really is a part of the fun!
